As part of the Culture Road Festival at the Van Museum, Lecturer Emre KOÇ from the Handicrafts Department of Muş Alparslan University Technical Sciences Vocational School organized a Dream Workshop event with children.

On July 15-16, children were given a "dream workshop" using ceramic clay. The workshop consisted of four sessions over two days, from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm. After demonstrating how to shape the clay, the children were then freed to explore their imaginations. Inspired by the figures they had found interesting during their museum visit, the children created figures from ceramic clay, experiencing the thrill of ceramics. Lecturer Emre Koç, Dr. Elçin Telli from Iğdır University, and Dr. Yeliz Erdoğan from Van Yüzüncü Yıl University were in charge of the workshop. During this process, the children discussed what ceramics are and how it is made. They were shown how to make whatever they imagined out of clay.
