HANDICRAFTS DEPARTMENT 2026-2027 FALL SEMESTER BOLOGNA COMMISSION MEETING HELD.

A meeting of the Handicrafts Department Bologna Commission was held on September 17, 2026, at 13:00 in the Illumination (Tezhip) Workshop to update and verify the Bologna Information Packages for courses offered during the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year. The topics discussed during the meeting regarding the updating of Bologna Course Information Packages for courses within the Architectural Decorative Arts Program curriculum are as follows:

Opening and Roll Call
Reviewing Bologna Information Package entries for the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester courses within the scope of quality assurance; verifying the accuracy and currency of existing information; and evaluating the completion of checklists by the relevant academic staff.
Evaluating efforts to review, complete, and update any missing or outdated information identified in the Bologna Information Packages, in accordance with the Bologna Information Package Completion Guide.
Ensuring the alignment of course information packages with program objectives and outcomes; ensuring coherence regarding content and learning outcomes across courses; and evaluating the holistic structure of the program curriculum from a quality assurance perspective.
Evaluating the alignment of course learning outcomes with the "Knowledge," "Skills," and "Competence" categories, and planning the accurate and consistent entry of these mappings into the Bologna Information Package system.
Reviewing existing course learning outcomes in line with the new categorization system; assessing whether learning outcomes are measurable, clear, understandable, and consistent with the course content; and implementing necessary revisions. Evaluation of the review, update, and revision procedures required under the "Directive on the Control and Updating of Course Entries in the Bologna Information Package" (Annex-1), and determination of matters regarding their implementation.
Evaluation of the complete and evidence-based filling out of Bologna Course Information Package checklists for each course, the preparation of documentation related to QMS Activity 123 within the scope of the quality assurance system, and the process of uploading relevant documents to the system.
Determination of duties, authorities, and responsibilities regarding Bologna Information Package update activities; establishment of a schedule for the completion of these activities; and planning of the monitoring and evaluation mechanism.
