A cooperation protocol was signed between our university and the Muş Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports.
Within the scope of the protocol signed by our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican and Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Mehmet Arif Taşdemir, cooperation will be provided between the university and the directorate on issues such as sports activities, youth clubs and joint use of workshops of the handicrafts department.
Various activities such as academic support and training, field studies, internship opportunities, project development and implementation will be carried out within the framework of the protocol. The university will provide training to the directorate staff on topics such as social service, crisis management, communication techniques and leadership skills. The directorate will offer university students the opportunity to do field practices in youth centers.
In addition, social responsibility projects aimed at increasing the social participation of young people and aid projects for disadvantaged groups will be implemented. Youth festivals, sports competitions and social awareness events will be organized. The university's academic staff will serve as speakers or moderators in these events.
