It was discussed and decided that classrooms would be preferred as a more official channel for the sharing of department professors' course syllabi and other information and documents.
A consensus was reached on the re-checking and updating of course syllabi. Accordingly, all department professors should replace the topics they will cover during the semester with unrelated topics in the course syllabus and prepare them for the new semester.
