MINUTES

Obtaining opinions on course procedures: It was discussed that the course of that week should be handled in particular in the courses and that the courses should be attended regularly. It was discussed that the practices carried out in the courses would be used for the exhibition in the future. It was stated that the works carried out were in particular for the purpose of preparing for the exhibition and that due importance should be given to them.
Opinions were obtained on the intensity of the works to be completed by the final exam. It was decided that the results that would be of interest on this subject would be shared with the course instructors.
Obtaining feedback from students about the department and education processes: It was discussed that first and second year advisor instructors would discuss and provide feedback with students about the department and education processes, especially in advisor meetings.
A general introduction was made about what should be known about the graduation ceremony. Information was shared on how the works should be prepared for the graduation exhibition, which criteria the works would be selected with, and how the exhibition area would be prepared.
It was discussed that the cleaning of the building and workshops was carried out on a weekly basis and that the frequency of the workshops would increase in the upcoming period.
It has been determined that the product counters of the ceramic workshop in our workshops are insufficient. It has been reported that this issue will be discussed with the course instructor.
