Meeting Date: 05.11.2024 Meeting Time: 12:30 – 13:00 Meeting Place: Pattern Workshop MEETING AGENDA: 1- Midterm exam schedule 2- On-time submission of course assignments 3- Department survey was evaluated 4- Workshop rules and cleanliness. 5- Evaluation and planning of final exams were discussed. 6- Pros and cons of course schedules were discussed. 7- It was discussed that the assignments done in the midterm and final exams would be used in the graduation exhibition and what would be done for this. 8- Internship was discussed. Evaluation and functioning of the internship and what should be done after the internship were discussed. MEETING REPORTER: It was discussed that materials should not be left behind after working in classrooms and workshops, that they should come to classes on time and be careful with their homework.
