The topics discussed and decisions taken at the department meeting held on 16/09/2024 at 11:00 are as follows.
1- Department meetings will be held monthly, photos and reports will be kept.
2- Advisor meetings will be held regularly every month and advisors will create student information forms, photos and reports will be kept.
3- Advisor teacher to determine the date for orientation training for 1st year students and hang it on the board
4- Creating a WhatsApp group for the 1st and 2nd years of the department
5- Each teacher to create a WhatsApp group for their own course
6- Erasmus department coordinator Emre Koç teacher
7- Bologna department coordinator Abdülkadir Öznülüer teacher
8- Completion of Bologna deficiencies, if any.
9- The instructor responsible for each workshop should prepare the workshop course schedule and hang it on the door
10- Attendance should be taken from the first week. No concessions will be made regarding attendance and absenteeism
11- Informing the student about the course and exams
12- Instructors should comply with the course schedule.
13- Hanging the course schedule on the room door.
14- Writing the laboratory usage rules and having the student sign them.
15- Paying attention to the cleanliness of the department, the cleanliness of the classrooms and desks.
16- It was discussed that external stakeholders, especially advisors, should do it regularly.

22- Opening an exhibition with the instructors of the Handicrafts Department and the instructors of the Design Department during the semester
