The topics discussed and decisions taken at the department meeting held on 08/10/2024 at 09:00 are as follows.
1- Department meetings will be held monthly, photos and reports will be kept.
2- Advisor meetings will be held regularly every month.
3- Completion of Bologna deficiencies, if any.
4- The instructor responsible for each workshop will prepare the workshop course schedule and hang it on the door.
5- Course attendance should be taken from the first week. No compromise will be made on attendance and absenteeism.
6- Informing the student about the course and exams.
7- The instructors will comply with the course schedule.
8- The course schedule will be hung on the room door.
9- It was discussed that external stakeholders, especially advisor instructors, will do it regularly.
10- Department internal stakeholder meetings.
11- Yöksis and orcide updates.
12- Pay attention to working hours.
13- Ebys, web page, automation should be checked regularly.
14- Opening an exhibition with the instructors of the Handicrafts Department and the instructors of the Design Department during the semester
15- Opening a national or international online exhibition
16- It was decided to organize various events on behalf of the Handicrafts Department.
17- It was planned to give a seminar at the Fine Arts High School
18- It was decided to organize a trip towards the end of the year.
