The issues discussed and the decisions taken at the department meeting held on 04/04/2024 at 13:00 are as follows.
Department meetings will be held monthly, photos and reports will be kept.
Advisor meetings will be held regularly every month, photos and reports will be kept.
Regular drive uploading of the meetings was discussed.
It was discussed that a serious path has been taken in the quality process and the necessary importance will be given to the following meetings and events.
It was discussed that a plan should be made before the next term starts and that this plan should be acted upon.
Curriculum changes were discussed.
It was discussed that the student should be informed about the courses and exams and that lessons should be held during the midterm week.
Teachers should comply with the course schedule.
It was discussed that teachers should attend classes regularly and not make changes to the course hours.
In terms of quality, it was discussed that external stakeholders, especially advisor teachers, should do it regularly.
It was discussed that students should be informed so that visas can be done properly after the holiday.
