The issues discussed and decisions taken at the department meeting held on 06/05/2024 at 12.30 are as follows.
Department meetings will be held monthly, photos and reports will be kept.
Advisor meetings will be held regularly every month, photos and reports will be kept.
Creation of a semester-long education and training calendar for Handicrafts.
One commission member will be selected from each Technical Sciences Vocational School department for R&D, social contribution, etc. activities.
Curriculum changes were discussed.
Sending department and advisor requests with an official letter.
Holding an advisory board meeting by consulting with external stakeholders and ensuring that external stakeholders participate in the meeting. Holding meetings with these external stakeholders twice a year on a unit basis.
The duties of academics should be defined on the web page
The education and training procedures and principles on the blog should be compatible
The course syllabuses should be published on the web page
The program outputs should be compatible
The course contents should be published on the web page
Planning student activities and obtaining outputs
Following the activities carried out by the instructors on a departmental basis
Including the Occupational Health course in the second semester of the first year
Proposing Disaster Management as a common elective course
The instructors should comply with the course schedule.
It was discussed that the instructors should attend the classes regularly and not make changes to the course hours.
Yöksis and Orcide should be updated.
Working hours should be paid attention to.
Ebys, web page, automation should be checked regularly.
